The Conference has been announce to all of our members, which has been held on 5-6 December 2016 at Istanbul/Maslak Steingenberger Hotel by Turkish Association of Miners.

We have celebrated 5th Anniversary of TAEG, on 11th of November 2016 at Ankara Hilton-Sa Marco Polo Saloon. We would like to thank all of our members that support us.

The educational seminar about 'Mine Reserve and Resource Reporting System and Applications' that is held on 14-16 November 2016 at the General Center of The Chamber of Geological Engineers, has been announced to all our members. 

11th article of the Mining Turkey magazine, published in English, has been came out.

SEG (Society of Economic Geologists )-TAEG joinly organized SEG-2016 conference and events "Tethyan Tectonics and Metallogeny" has been succesfully performed between 25-28 September 2016 at Çeşme Sheraton Congresium Center by attandence of 400 people from 25 countries.

REGULATION

Our Association has started working on being a member of the European Federation of Geologists (EFG) in 2016 and the criteria to be a member that are requested by EFG are fulfilled.

The mining and energy resources of Eastern and South Eastern Anatolia Region hs been discussed at the "East-South East Anatolia Energy Resources and Regional Development" Conference (www.enerji2016.org) held on 30-31 March 2016 and jointly organized by the Turkish Association of Petroleum Geologists and South East Association.
