Mr. Tukaç has over 25 years of experience in precious metal exploration. He has been working for Tüprag Metal Madencilik since January 1988. Tüprag is a Turkish subsidiary of Eldorado Gold based in Vancouver/Canada and he has been working for Tüprag as an exploration Manager of Turkey since April 2012. Mr. Tukaç was employed by Tüprag in 1988 as exploration geologist and later he worked as project geologist at Kaymaz epithermal gold and Bolkardağ polymetallic projects. In 1991 he became an assistant of Project manager for Küçükdere Epithermal LS project. He was also an office manager for the company's Akçay office until April 1995. From 1995 through 1998 he was exploration senior geologist working in Black Sea, Central and West of Turkey. He was involved with the discovery and project development work of Kışladağ porphyry gold deposit until 2002. After that, he carried out exploration work in East, West and Central of Turkey as a senior exploration geologist and involved with the discoveries of AS porphyry copper-gold-molly mineralization. He continued his career as a senior geologist and project manager of AS porphyry until 2005. Between 2005 and 2012 he carried out the exploration work of the company for Turkey as a Chief Geologist and involved with the mine site exploration for Kışladağ and Efemçukuru gold deposits. In April 2012 he was promoted to Exploration Manager of Turkey. Mr. Tukaç has taken a key role establishing the Turkish Association of Exploration Geologist on 11th of November 2011. He was the President for the first year and presently he is carrying out to the President position of the association. Mr Tukaç is married and has one daughter.
